Healing during War: Stories of Ukrainian Resolve is a series of reportages, featuring multimedia storytelling including professional photography, text, audio, and video, on the adaptability of Ukrainian medicine during the Russian full-scale invasion. They highlight the innovative medical advancements that are instrumental in saving lives amid the war.
The project will encompass four materials, each focused on a different Ukrainian medical institution grappling with the impacts of Russia's invasion.
Since our expertise is in writing about science in a popular way, each reportage will feature human stories and touch on scientific aspects of each topic, making the features stand out from the previous media coverage.
The reportages will be disseminated on the Kunsht website, and feature on our podcasts, as well as through video snippets on TikTok and Instagram, having an outreach of at least 100,000 people. We also plan to translate the reportages into English and publish them on the Science at Risk platform for an international audience. (https://scienceatrisk.org). We plan to promote the materials through social media, as well as in the form of photo exhibitions.
